RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OBE increased debt facility Kavern, as you know I am a large shareholder in OBE and follow them very closely. SL gave a return of capital plan presentation a few weeks ago where he outlined that they would initiate a stock buyback program and make efforts to expand the debt to take advantage of the massively undervalued nature of the stock. In the meeting he highlighted that buying back shares using even debt as necessary was the most effective deployment of capital even exceeding drilling wells. The two steps that needed to happen have now happened and so it would be quite duplicitous of SL to suddenly change the program. These days there is tremendous penalties for surprising shareholders (eg YGR) or not following through on a very clear plan. That is why so many posters believe the buyback has started or should start shortly.
