Interesting week ahead

Interesting week aheadStrange day. It almost seems like infomation has been leaked and we are days behind as retail on what is happening.
Like does the big money know OPEC's aug 3 annoucement...IE is saudi being priced in already that they are boosting production back in some form.
This 17 million draw seemed priced in days ago before this release.
