Lots of this oil is going to Europe. Middle East is losing the oil sale when Brazil or Guyana increase production.
'Guyana and Brazil have both been asked to join opec before and declined.

As long as Europe is a willing buyer in need of oil, kinda makes sense for these countries to increase production fast. Guyana last 250k increase was faster than target.
