RE:RE:New Year. Same Song. LIke    the insiders   I   averaged   down   over   twenty  years   probably  seven   or  eight  times   even  at    .20 cents   .  While   there  have   been  rallies   none   have been  sustainable   ..   Many   others  like  me   ask   why   bother  averaging  down again.  Many   brokers  rate   this  a high  risk   stock   so   they   do  not   want   the  average  Joe   buying   high  risk  stocks   as   they   fear   Liability   re  client   suitability   rules  .
