Insider buying
Why would insiders buy at the prospectus price of $2.54 and not at the lower market price? Is there some type of obligation?
As side note, great to see so many insiders still buying.

I don't think they anticipated the stock being crushed after the flow through share issuance. They probably spent all available funds on the offering. I am sure they would have kept sone aside if they anticipated this collapse.

Is the "Troll" comment directed at me? If so I own a substantial amount of YGR, certainly not a troll.
