The ceo promotes the company on Tuesday night on twitter and followed by +30% in three days.. if only there was leadership who cared here about the suffering shareholders.

That is the biggest risk here though isn't it? That other stocks you can buy have a huge move and YGR doesn't? How long will it be dead money?  Is this temporary or is it a perpetual value trap?  Crystallize a capital loss or keep hoping something changes?  even the index is up 25% this year.
