RE: ylo - long time no postUnless I'm missing something here, conversion of the Preferred A and B shares seems like a logical move for a company that really needs to reduce it's debt.
They will save 4.6 million a quarter in dividend payments, and reduce their net debt in the process.
The fact that they will further dilute the common shares is probably not their (or the banks) biggest concern.
