Good. It's Quiet. NOW Listen

Good. It's Quiet. NOW Listen

If I was CEO of this POS, I would suggest the following to the board and its new directors.

1. Change the name of the parent company, obviously a simple restructuring.

2. Look for opportunities to buy out unsuspecting newer businesses that have potential. IMHO, there are many other business to get into.

3. Keep expectations on the online business to not give away clues that it's maybe too late, but look to dump it ASAP. If not feasible, and even if it is then;

4. Establish strict and meaningful performance markers.

5. Huge cuts in staff.

6. Explain this to the market once the strategic plan is done and before someone finds out that your holding onto additional cash that we just took from the revelver to add to the 239m.

Off the top of my little pea-brain. What y'all got. Pumping a dead well is not acceptable, so please have something worthwhile.

Mick
