Personally, I think your letter is fine because you come across like a very reasonable shareholder. I am sure that YLO has received much worse this week.
Yet if I was writing it, I would be more critical of Mr. Tellier by perhaps using some of the points others have written here...i.e. drawing from the LOC and keeping the cash on hand, past purchases and write offs, etc.
