RE: Keeping Tellier on? It would cost to much to let Tellier go. What needs to happen is he needs to be taken off the post. Either place him in a reduced role or provide a watchdog to scutinize his decisions and ensure that pay for performance rewards are not available to the board until substantial improvements are made.(Subject to the return of sustainable and substantive dividends for example)
I vote for Bradford to take on the watchdog role. :-)
