RE: $50,000 Hmm I think you would be better off to buy pref c and d since they are cummulative ,you could probably scoop 50k shares under a dollar that pay 1.68$ and 1.72$ dividend, then if they ever start paying again you would truly be set for life but you could also loose it all...
