RE: Phone poll??? It is my opinion that the BOD in general has sufficient support and will garner enough votes to keep the majority in place. All negativity aside, the performance of the company over the last year(directed by the BOD) reflects a concerted effort to gain control of a downwardly spiraling situation and is motivated by the desire to keep the CO. afloat.
Tellier position on the board is in jeopardy and he may be removed from that position. His role as President and CEO is another issue and (correct me if I am wrong) may continue with the blessing of the BOD, regardless of his direct involvement on the BOD.
I suspect the silence will continue and those shareholders that have/or have been accumulating majority stakes will formulate a BOD that will move the company forward.
