The subject is only a couple of the issue's I have with management of this company. I'm a long so I don't own a ton of shares but what I have I paid dearly for in the hopes of getting a fair dividend for retirement.

How can management (BOD down) do such a poor job of running a company and still stay in a position of power within the company? If an "common employee" does such a poor job they get shown the door, which most people would agree is normal and acceptable. But for some reason management (not just YLO) can do a poor job and they keep their jobs+++

There is something wrong when company leadership seems more intent on wiping out the people that supported it than working  to make the company profitable for its investors (the supposed owners).

The BOD gives itself a big raise a few months back for doing such a great job, what just to kick me in the gon_ds while I'm down?

IMHO they should all be fired immediately before they can do more damage and a NEW group hired to lead the company.
