RE: My vote a strong NO This is incredible, you're right. Management are behaving as if all their children have been taken hostage and will not be returned intact unless the recap goes through. I cannot recall a time when management were, effectively, threatening share holders to vote a certain way. It has gone from "this is what we think is best" to "If this doesn't pass we will make sure this business goes bankrupt and none of you will see a penny from your shares". And Canadians thought the sponsorship crisis and election fraud were bad. Who has the proverbial gun to the head of Tellier?
