RE: BANKS !! It wasn't the banks saying that YLO wasn't making money, it was the analysts and the media, all driven by those that stood to gain from a collapse in the share price. It still is as a matter of fact, only the place where they are attempting to make the money is in the restructure now. The only fault made is the underestimation of the Canadian banks regulatory obligations. In the states, this would probably be a wash but here in Canada, not so easy. Just look at the make up of the nominated board to see where the think tank is coming from.
