RE: RE: RE: Lesson Learned If the BOD do their job of punishing poor performance, Not done if the employees work harder to improve sales and cut expenses, Ongoing if the banks give the company some breathing room on the line of credit, Not done if the MTN holders abandon their restructure plan, Not done if the shareholders are more patient with their dividend payments, Done there will be enough cash generated over the next few years to reward employees, to repay all debts and to resume dividend payments. On the other hand, if this company is to go into receivership or bankruptcy, nobody will win in the end. Lawyers will win.
