The warrants are more or less irrelevant at this time.  They will trade as a separate instrument on the TSX for 9 of the 10 years due to the time value of the warrants.  Where it will be important is if a takeover of YPG occurs then the 'prescribed' value of the warrants per the prospectus will kick in.  See page 200 of the prospectus for the prescribed values.
