Baxter4, why be surprised?  The debentures are convertible into common share in Oct 2013.  In the discovery process, YPG could argue that they would have gotten common shares at that time, likely at 2c.... that would have added about 3.5 billion shares.  So, they get their interest, they get more shares, they get more warrants, they also get more than the preferreds. They get their legal fees back.  They win!

 

Carry that to trial by the judge, they may have lost.  This additional settlement cost YPG... get it... NOTHING.
