Baldock has always been introduced as a 30+ year veteran of overseeing turnarounds in the mining sector. In interviews he routinely stated he was here to oversee a turnaround, e.g. https://www.youtube ...more

I would agree that YNG is less vulnerable now to a hostile take-out now than it was 6 monthes ago, when the poison pill was still in place and the turnaround was in question.  They always had the ...more
