RE: RE: RE: Press Release

Who knows what's going on behind the scenes. Logic tells me a couple of things, if YNG was such a going concern or if they weren't  already in some sort of advanced negotiations with another bigger fish, then I ask the question why aren't they replacing Baldock with another CEO?  I'm sure there are plenty of very qualified candidates to fill his position.  It's possible they want to keep expenses down and not replace him or they're confident the underlings can run the show effectively, but it seems to me that not replacing him should be telling us something and we already know they are to some degree shopping the company. That to me could be the main reason why now with the turnaround complete he's no longer needed, but why not have someone carry the company to the next level?  Maybe IF they company is sold they don't need anyone to replace him.  That's conjecture, but certainly a valid argument.

Normally when someone comes onboard to turn the company around that's made clear up front and they get a timeline to accomplish that and leave.  That apparantly didn't happen here.
