RE: predictions?

RE: predictions?

A very good question Flumby.  Last year the  milll was still making its come back. It had gone from being closed during the recession, shut down for a long period of time and then re opening. The mill once had a pretty good reputation but was always on the building stage. It never totally got off the ground and during the claw back of the recession and lending could not even continue with its maintenance and update needs never mind exploration.

When reaching about 6 cents per share is when I started my  gamble just because of the past, the asset in the mill and owing several properties and mines. Then it started, backing, new management and hopes of a new future. For a long time the stock increased but will still considered undervalued. Held back but its past which sometimes it is today as well.

So as for the price a year ago .... well a lot were buying on specualtion, but things happened very quickly and the mill was still in rough shape, there was no parts warehouse or anything left. With the hype the company and stock seemed to stall because after being closed everything was in such a state of needing repairs and slow downs, production halts, no spare parts etc began to plague the production and stock price, When I saw the  stall I sold most of my rather large interest in the stock.

When production never got to its 150k stready state of production, most money was made to refurbish the mill and more money needed to open more mines and continue to do exploration the mine sat for quarter after quarter not managing to make good production levels. Thus the stock fell back to the lower .20 shares and gained more interest with new investors. As in my cause I bought back in.

So ... the share price is held back a lot by the past when many like Ice lost their Sunday shirts and have never got over it ! But much has been done, I personally think it will  still be a couple quarters till the production levels gain substantially but that is my opinion. Now the shares have also been diluted to a point of there being what ... almost a billion shares outstanding ? Well I  ... my opinion is that will limit the price the stock may get too. But having said that there have been so many repairs and fixes to the mill ..l more mines opened, more gold found so I believe the shareprice will gain significantly just not where I thought it would go at one time.

So like always the shareprice may be suffering because so many have lost a lot of money on this stock and so many have left and given up on the endless poor production etc. But in the near future I believe this stock will increase, just slowly and more realistically till the management and the mines and mll prove t hemselves once again which is often hard to do.

So ... I have played this stock since sellling like many have and made money and have been increasing my postion because I do believe there is a significant profit to be made is say the next year or so.

Best of fortune to all .... Gerry
