Wow, that is a nice chunk. Maybe some strong hands are stepping in to hold some shares now.

Big trade for sure -- almost like MrGRP! Same buyer/seller agency, though: ITG Canada. Share price wasn't really affected that much, considering the size of the trade. Many days recently have seen the price go up/down the same amount on 1/5 the volume.   What's up? Warrants being exercised?  This is a rhetorical question, as doubtful anyone here really knows. It may be some churning amongst the institutions to get their positions set for the next run in these mining stocks.  We're overdue for money to come back into the mining sector and there's been a lot of talk about Bernanke pushing the button on QE3 soon.  If he does that then we should be off to the races.

Not me exgoldminer,  have had my YNG shares in place for some time now, and glad of that !  I am not sure what was up Friday, I had family over for the week and watched it spareingly, except for I think Wed when it only traded something like 85k shares and then looked back Friday to see it as the 8th highest traded stock on the TSX at  3,840,558 shares. The share price has gone up
