RE:RE:Merger...Believe ZAR now a very attractive acquisition target. First step but a potential game changer in this challenging mkt. Mgmt has delivered and no reason to think they won't continue to deliver. ZARs $279M of 'high quality' tax pools also have big value to potential buyer.
