This excerpt from Hess' factual article in Seeking Alpha summarizes what's going on with ZAR at C$0.82:
" Yet we have clearly seen above that the combined value of the EOR project and the North Dakota assets is about C$50 million now, if we are being conservative.
In other words, were Zargon to divest both the EOR project and the North Dakota assets for something resembling their value as indicated above, investors would get the rest of the company basically for free.
Given that the rest of the company consists of 1,700 boepd of production from its Alberta plains assets, which production consists of roughly 70% oil and liquids, investors stand to reap a significant reward if even one of these assets are sold."
Seeking Alpha article: Zargon Oil Is Underrated and Heavily Undervalued
And I apologize if the clueless ZAR bears who repeatedly post misleading information on this board, don't like this factual excerpt above as quoted from Kevin Hess' article.
I know this factual excerpt doesn't help their agenda but I can't help.
The thing is that
based on very recent deals, the total value of ZAR's North Dakota asset + ASP Little Bow project is equal to ZAR's Enterprise Value.
So you buy the remaining production of 1,700 boepd FOR FREE at the current price of C$0.85.
Thank you Kevin Hess for writing the obvious.
Jangus1234 and Curioustoknow,
How many times will you post the same message with the same title?
I bet this is ONE person with two alias.
Seasonality hits some small stock which haven/t outperformed so funds sell them during October and November.
As for the poster(s) toy mentioned it's obviously one person: he appeared fro some time in 2013 with these two aliases and now again with both.
Experienced individuals at this time of the year, every year, are buying to sell a couple of months later or more, not selling...
