RE:RE:RE:RE:Great news today...on debenturesCorrect me if I am wrong but wouldn't conversion option of remaining $38M in debentures at $1.25 be triggered if exercised by company? Sure they are sweetening the pot for debenture holders but are getting big extension and likely significant redemption of debentures in return are they not? Having all this tidied up may make Zargon more attractive takeover target? At the very least it secures their future for another 3 yrs during this period of uncertainty. I'm a buyer here.
