K thanks for correcting.  Still see this as a net positive for common.  Cash in the bank being used to retire 1/3 of outstanding debentures.  Remaining 2/3 of $38M of debentures are extended to Dec 2019 at 8% and can be redeemed at $1.25 but only if share price is >$1.56.  Lots can happen between now and 2019.  Deal certainly gives ZAR options going forawrd.  Sure it may take a little more time but they do seem to be doing the right things thus far.
