RE:0.59 and why?

It seems the debt has been the preferred method to get exposure to this firm. I feel the equity is undervalued. But this is a firm that tends to move big on firm-specific news. For catalysts, one needs to look at divestments or, of course, the entire firm being sold. 

Many people do not like their Little Bow asset. Clearly running on very little at the moment as it needs higher prices to be reactivated...the firm always said that oil at $50 USD is where it maintains a cash flow neutral position...it has hedged out quite a bit of its production at those levels.

Again, this stock will need some good news from the firm itself to move up dramatically. Incredible that we are back down at levels when the firm was on much more uncertain footing....but right now, sentiment is as negative as it gets in the space. We just have to be patient here...
