i agree with your reasoning behind the industry, and feel your pain i too have substantial losses between my two main investments, one being ZENA. However it is the government that has to get rid of the BM, through enforcement - the LP's have too much tax to take them on their selves.
i also think it is not fair to judge any company by the industry - there will be some good ones.
i lost a lot of faith in my assessments of ZENA with the enticement for next Junes debenture - this is too early to panic, unless they know what i do not. (maybe they are just dumb) It was a bad signal.
Now i hope my assessments were correct but have to wait (in fear, as a result of that move) or take my loss and run. think it is too soon to run, but have no idea how long i have to wait. I still think ZENA survives, then flurishes.
