I posted that the Q4 and EOY would be filed on or before March 31st 2020. The auditors are now verifying the already completed report for accuracy. Apparently there is an interested investor thus the need for an audited report.

They were ready to file on March 06th but because of an interested party there must be confirmation by the auditors.
