RE:RE:Black Market and Over Supply

RE:RE:Black Market and Over SupplyThe BM never sold blatantly on the internet.  they can use cancer causing agents to control pests or fungii.  They have no saftey regs or costs.  The government has a responsinbility to keep the people safe.  If it is sold online the belief is that it is safe and legal or the gov would do something.

This is BS. why not then have no rules for legal producers so thay are at least on a level feild.  law enforcement no has a reason to go after the BM $1/gram so millions and millions of reasons where non existed before.

come on dog you know they should care about their own coffers - it pays there ludicris expenses.

otherwise make it legal and get the F out of the regulations and unfair taxes for legal producers.

Illegal weed has been around for decades and law/government hasn't stopped it - don't know why some think that with cannbis being legal, they're going to ramp up enforecemnt of the laws for the benefit of investors.
Law enforcement has better things to do with their resources and joe public doesn't care if you're making or losing money with your pot portfolio, so there'll be no real pressure for them to do it.

If you want governemnt to do something - they should address the legal-ese and absurd licencing policies and regulations.

There is an over supply because producers grew too much given the market and demand - so  adjust the amount grown to the demand (like the market is forcing you to).
In other words, quit growing so phkg much and then complaining you can't sell it.
