Funds from Delta sale released from escrow by Colliers International on December 31, 2020. The sale was completed December 28 but 3 days needed to settle final paper work, after which Colliers transferred funds.

Funds from Bevo sale to be released mid-January.
Cash on closing: cash in an amount equal to $10-million to be received by Zenabis. The closing is subject to a number of conditions including, but not limited to, the settlement at or prior to the closing of negotiations with one of the company's creditors regarding the discharge of certain subordinate encumbrances on certain assets of Bevo and its subsidiaries and a first-ranking encumbrance on the company's shares of Bevo.
