Those are the trades dog is making, he likely went short prior to the HEXO deal being announced and now trying to talk enough folks into selling so he can cover his short position. I like getting my shares cheap as much as the next guy but I rather not convince investors that the sky is falling in order to get them..

Once everyone understands that dog becomes just another noisey distraction that is best put on ignore.
