Zenabis Sees Two Proxy Firms Recommend Hexo Transaction Zenabis Global this morning indicated that two independent proxy advisors have recommended that shareholders approve the proposed merger with that of Hexo Corp.
So if two proxy vote firms are '
independent' but are involved in the voting processor of approval
A) first of all, who cares
B) if they're independent - why are they giving an opinion
C) who pays their fees - if not Hexo/Zena
I normally read Deep Dive - but this was a stupid article and news release.
