Make a bold prediciton: sp should be ~$0.2 before rights expire. After that PT < $0.15.

bold, ok. Will stay in the 20 cent range through subscription and be at 30 cents prior to or early in the new Year.

I have no idea what will happen to SP in the short term and I am not concerned either. I expect volatility and the games to continue. The rights and shares are both down a bit today, but warrants are up 18.8%. If you are in this for the long run I think you will be rewarded.
