What financial troubles? One needs only dilute the shares.

Further manipulations in financials, more dillution in total shares outstanding and to top it all off, a new all time low is established. Now don't all the loyal stock holders feel the warmth of being a  valuable and respected members of the Zenabis family? Or could it be you feel overlooked, slighted and used? Showing loyalty to a stock that consistantly undermines your faith, trust and financial standing, while showing absolutly no consideration for your loyalty should by now have convinced everyone to exit their position and invest elsewhere untill this beauty shows some sign of life. That will no doubt take untill the next quarter results are posted near the end of February. There are good investments to be made elsewhere instead of languishing in this dispare impossed upon us by the management whom consider shareholders as nothing more than source of funding. Remembering of course we can always buy back in if the stock is ever allowed to move out of this rutt impossed upon the longstanding loyal believers. Or not . . .

I believe that management expected to dilute at rates equal to or near the Rights Offering.  This caught me by surprise and I refrained from posting because my language was colourful. This is how I now understand things as they are unfolding.  The tried to dodge a bullet from a hostile takeover by introducing the Rights Offering.  Now they have to deal with financing issues.
