Strategy for Zena Longs

Its pretty clear and evident that Zenabis should be announcing reverse split shortly, Would it be a 12:1 or 33:1 needs to be confirmed by the co. Either ways I think Zena would target a consolidation price of over $1 and it does make sense.

Now for all those who are still holding and want to watch and wait, there is nothing wrong with the approach. All boats will rise around the year end into the new year and you guys should take advantage of that.

But remain cautiously optimistic and hold on to any buying after consolidation for atleast a week to 10 days, give the market time to adjust to the new realities. We would also see after a month into consolidation about the private placement by the co and at what price.
Whatever happens make sure add to your positions partly only a week after the consolidation and then another addition only after the private placement.
This would help you get your average down to make way for a profitable exit.

Hi Silentbull, Appears  you know a bit about Zenabis and have stock. In your findings, and your opinion when should the stock rise to the range you mention?   Thanks.

If the insiders don't have evil intentions and work honestly then post consolidation this can turnaround with a few good quarters, needless to say the cash will still need to be raised by them which is okay as long as they are working diligently in the right direction on containing cost and increasing revenues( which is organically bound to grow with stores count rising across Canada) At this ...more

And for the record Silentbull and I are not the same person. I am only here because I am interested and invested in Zena and more importantly the value of my investment in Zena is possibly more than your total portfolio (if you have one!) I think I will leave it at that! GLTA

I agree my last comment/remark on portfolio size was unwarranted and in bad taste. And you may even be right on questioning people putting big bucks on penny stocks, but I guess we all have our reasons and only time will tell this wager pays off. GLTA

@Silentbull- Thanks for sharing and an useful/logical observation as always. I have feeling that if they go down the path of reverse split then it will be at 20:1 or 50:1, most likely former than latter. I think the key is to ensure a tight float to begin with as there will be a lot of dumping initially and this will potentially be followed by another round of dilution or two (or may be more).
