Nothing really changes for Zenabis. It's a win situation for sundial as they get a good return on their money and if Zenabis defaults, they took over assets which they can easily merge with their existing companies and contracts. It's a much cheaper option then buying out Zenabis. The only silver lining is that Zenabis may become a supplier to Sundial if Sundial requires more product.
