Outstanding shares
Bashers are not allowing this board to be happy about any good news, I really do wish everyone to put them on ignore. We replaced their beloved SNDL financing with 4% less, and they have the balls to criticize the deal!!
Please read my personal notes below about outstanding shares - carefully and correct me
All Canadian Marijuana leading cannabis stocks have roughly half a billion outstanding shares, or much less as a result of a reverse split,. ZENA is not doing bad with 800M outstanding shares!
Example: Aurora had 1.3 billion shares && 100s of millions in warrants before they did a split last May I believe. In the same day they issued more stock, diluting shares more than 30%. They are trading now at US$10.5 and will be $13-$15 soon. HEXO, OGI, ..etc did a split.
Do what you wish with your shares, but do not take an action based on bashers negative comments and lies.
ZENA is in a great position, we will have better revenues each quarter, we already decreased the debts by more than half, operational cost are getting less. There is nothing the stops ZENA from becoming the next Aurora.
May I get an AMEN please
Have a great weekend

Amen to that too :-) FAF: did a split at almost 1:11, they still have much more warrants than ZENA too, they would have almost 2.5 billion shares if it wasn't for the split. My point, the outstanding and warrants we have is not that big of a deal, by the results of next 2 quarters we should be at double the price of today. Cheers

I love the thought but just too many shares and warrents BUT if they stay alive and it looks like light at the end of the tunnel who knows in a year or so we could very well be there

I know what are "warrants", but I don't know what are the "warrents" Predawn keep talking about.

Aw ... Didn't catch the misspelling issue by Truthseeker1, and for sure didn't mean to offend you or anyone else. to end the loop, my point is simple and straightforward, ZENA has no serious issue with shares/warrants outstanding.

In support to your statement, In Nov 2020: Aphria Inc was trading at $4, today it is $16.5. Aurora was trading at $5 hit $15 Our sales and revenue is getting there, one day we might be laughing at people not loading at $1. can i get a hooyah :-)
