Merger talks

How long do merger talks go on for before some leaks happen. I truly believe the announcement was fluff and they're simply fuc$Ing with the shareholders mindset. Shai got the stock to where he wanted so he can excercise his 16 million options. They're still a bunch of crooks in my mind until they can prove otherwise. Issuing RSU's and options at record low prices to themselves is another example of their crooked behaviour. Not trying to bash this stock as I am a large shareholder but saying it like it is.

who really knows what this spike was all about One thing I guarantee you is it was not done in the interest of share holders what ever this short Pump and dump was all about;;;
