The question the BNN analyst had regarding the acquisition was about acquiring so much product when there is a glut.  The CEO said that most of ZENAs product crosses that 20% THC threshold which is what is in demand.  Therefore, I think this is going higher before the deal is finalized.  Hexo will have to pay more in the end.

Unsavy is mad! LOL.  And yes the sentence "Hexo will have to pay more in the end" is wrong.  Unless shareholders vote "no", the terms of the transaction are ALREADY established.

in some case (no many) the deal gets revised without a competing bid if there is any indication the deal might get rejected by the majority of shareholders. Personally , I won't reject this unless there is a competing offer cause I see the benifits of this merger.

well I got a million shares and although iam not happy  i will vote for the deal Had they not mentioned about it being a court ordered sale I would vote no but because courts are involved iam sure zena was on the verg of insolvency ;could be wrong just my take on this from what beens laid out here today

not sure that Hexo will up it's offer but you never know . What I doi know is that by Hexo making the offer it is like have a house put on the market below what you know you can get in hopes of a bidding war...in other words Hexo may find that a competitor will offer something better and then Hexo would counter offer . Even though I see this deal; as possitive , obviously having a bidding war

probably  but i think hexo have being  after them for the last 6 mounts are so remember that seilling of 7 millions worth of pot sold in december to pay   debt  i think hexo was behind that move
