RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The merge at BNNwell I got a million shares and although iam not happy  i will vote for the deal Had they not mentioned about it being a court ordered sale I would vote no but because courts are involved iam sure zena was on the verg of insolvency ;could be wrong just my take on this from what beens laid out here today
StoneMan45 wrote: in some case (no many) the deal gets revised without a competing bid if there is any indication the deal might get rejected by the majority of shareholders. Personally , I won't reject this unless there is a competing offer cause I see the benifits of this merger.
