Discount

Why is this stock continuously trading at a discount to Hexo buyout price? There's a 15% discrepancy when you take into account the 0.01772 rate. I figured this would have fixed itself by now.

Perhaps by the summer, when the deal is nearer to close and finalize.  Now we are 6 months or so away from the end line. So, you always expect a discount ... The discounts gets narrower each month ...

And just one other point. some shareholders are confused in thinking that just because Hexo goes up or down - that there is an 'automatic' link between the two companies share price. At this point - there's only talk of a merger and upcoming vote, until that approval is offcial (which is probably will be) the two are separate companies conducting separate business transactions ...more

Makes sense. Just need to sell my holdings and free up cash. My average price is .175 so looking to make a small profit and move on after 2 years.

Aren't we all in for the profit ... I am almost at the same price 17.2 or so I initially entered to get easy 30%, but I am thinking to hold longer now... We will see In all cases, I believe it is a good investment and my money in where my mouth is!

If you read the NR, it clearly says that when looking at both 20 MDA, ZENA was given a premium of 19%.  Here's your discrepancy.
