would be nice to have a closed deal by then, regardless this new co. would be an easy sell to investors because the media will tell the world that obama is pushing for wind energy.
Europe is always ahead of N.A. by about 5 years, imo. So if all goes well with the closing this could be a pretty nice investment.
What would be good if all municipal building show their green colours by 'sporting' and nice n'shiny skyrota or 2. the leaders have to set an example for the minions to follow.
