What's not to like?

A yield of 7.75% in a diverse portfolio of essential utilities. Shares bought this week before the ex-dividend date will get the 8 cent monthly dividend paid on Monday July 5.

Yes, You can Drip.

You can Drip almost anything.   Even if the stock does not have their own program, most brokerage house have programs to provide automatic purchases using your dividends on distributions.
