I voted NOto the offer! We are being scammed, ripped off and boned all at the same time! Of course the BOD would make a "for" recommendation for the vote, they could care less about us little guys! I'm willing to bet that all the wheels at the top are being well greased with premium lube, it is just us little guys that are getting sand in the Vaseline!
