Re ; lawsiut limitationI'd suggest a class action lawsuit against Bailey, Fabro, and Miller as well after learning he sold off a million shares and refused to take part in the rights offering. I was personally mislead by Bailey on a number of occasions and by Fabro as well later in the game when I figured I wasn't getting any straight answers. These people should be held accountable to the highest standard and it's up to those of us who were decieved to do just that......................
