You would think this management team could insert a proper representative to help come to an agreement of some kind. Perhaps a Catholic Priest would get involved conditional upon a small donation of some kind to the church. There are all sorts of options if they would just get off their greedy asses.

Yes I totally agree with you .These people have to get back to work they have families to feed and support!!!!!!!!

Actually, I think it's a great company that got hit by a poor corrupt country.  Tahoe was one of the better names in mining out there until Guatemala destroyed the shareprice. Don't forget, they posted record profits this year. I am looking to re-enter in about a week.   I think tax loss selling may have played a further adverse roll in shareprice demise.

do you think it could go down below $5 ?  I am in the same boat . . looking to re-enter but a bit cautious of catching a falling knife :)  would appreciate your thoughts.

yeah i think it could go below $5 depending on the outcome from the supreme court appeal; but i believe it could also double if the court rules in favour of tahoe resources and denies the appeal from the supreme court decision.  i suppose it is a gamble.  i am updating myself and it seems that the export license is likely contigent on the supreme court appeal decision too, so big things

Can't believe employees aren't going crazy! Corrupt judicial system! Hard to believe whats going on....

The employees may be making more money going long or short, suppose I can't blame them. Why work when you could sit back and rake in thousands taking advantage of stupid canadian shareholders.

Decision was expected before the New Year and I have no additional qualities to guess how it will go. I'd be inclined to hope they uphold decision already made, but I do not follow Guatemalan politics so I don't know how courts behave down there.
