Perhaps all canadian Shareholders should send a letter to the ASC stating they want the regulator to get out of the shareholders way now the company is (and has been) as US entity for so long.

That would be a utopian situation.......I have already expressed my displeasure, only to get a response that stated......the company must engage with the ASC for any action to be taken. Unfortunately there is no way possible to know who the Canadian shareholders are, since many of the shares are probably held in street name.
