MMJ Sector-TBP got mistaken as a pot producer where in Canada there is a glut of production.
-The Bull Market in the U.S. that was expected with Biden voted in and promising legalisation hasn't materialized yet due to the dysfunctional U.S. system .
-TBP is actually a pharma / health care play, not a pot producer
-To make matters worse MGMT thought tax loss season kicking off in Dec wouldn't stop them from trying to raise cash They further spooked people by cancelling one ATM offering and replacing it days later with another one without explaining the purpose of the switch was to "squeeze" 33 Canaccord out of the picture.
-Mission accomplished, Canaccord is out and the two quality book runners took the whole reduced offering to keep the lights on until Reduvo market launch or other developments. This whole fiasco was a gift to friends and family along with myself to get cheap shares.
