when all the warrant c will be exercised and turned to shares what will happen to the price ??
is it a dilution ??

Will all depend on a few factors mainly. If the warrants are executed at the strike price it would increase share count. However it would also increase the institutional holding % as they are mainly issued with the $$ Raises. this is Provided that the free warrants issued at the time of those raises weren't dumped off to retail investors prior to strike date/price.
